Oh, wow. Okay. Well, January 3rd—seeing Darren on Broadway for the first time. I likely won’t ever forget looking up and seeing him above the audience singing as the lights went up. Holy crap.
January 4th—Darren called me “baby” when he recognized me at the stage door. It’s one of those things that makes me smile at the moments I most need it.
Hell, just January in general because I saw Darren 8 times on Broadway, and spent time with my girls, and I will never ever forget those splendid long weekends.
June 30th-July 7th— My parents visited for my dad’s and my birthday, and we just had such an awesome time and they really enjoyed Kansas City, and I had missed them.
July 28th and 29th — Another splendid fangirl weekend, this time in Ohio, meeting the amazing Chris Colfer. Particularly July 28th when he saw Darth Llama and squealed.
December 2nd—Darren noticing me in the lobby at Trevor Live and coming over to hug me repeatedly. Yep, still on a high.
December 3rd—Another glorious weekend with fangirls—Huggers this time—passing out TLOS with Brian Dannelly and Michael Van London in LA, and just generally being so incredibly grateful to be part of this amazing fandom.

Ok, so the poll is getting reblogged way more than I thought it would and there are a lot of comments about it being skewed too old now. LOL! So here’s the compromise, 3 categories: 17 and under, 18-24, 25+.
And yes, I know he said 14, but the point is that if more than 50% of people responding are 18+ then that means that his impression is WAY WRONG. And honestly, I think he’s exaggerating for effect a bit.

And we sent off a big box of goodies to Christopher on Tuesday. Nope, we haven’t mentioned yet what those goodies might be. And we won’t - maybe for awhile.
Surprises are nice. :) Just challenging!

Meet Roberto Aguire, The “Latin Lover” in Chris Colfer’s Movie Struck By Lightning — Exclusive
Glee’s Chris Colfer’s (Kurt) is about to make his big screen debut. Struck By Lightning, the movie he both wrote and starred in, hits movie theaters this January. Bridesmaids’ Rebel Wilson and Modern Family’s Sarah Hyland both appear as Chris’s classmates in the film, and there are plenty of other quirky characters at the high school, as well.
Wetpaint Entertainment spoke exclusively with Roberto Aguire, the actor who plays SBL’s resident foreign exchange student/ladies man, Emilio. The Hollywood up-and-comer gave us the inside scoop on his work with the film — both on- and off-camera — and revealed just how long it really took to perfect Emilio’s flawless and dreamy hairstyle.

We also received a last minute monetary donation so our book count has gone from 227 to 235! :) This number does not include your local donations! If some of you can get out there and donate this week - maybe we can hit 300?! Every book counts! Every book is another child who will be smiling as they travel through The Land of Stories!
